Traeger in Australia

Post by guysmiley54 »

Hello!

I'm looking at my first pellet grill and I'm wondering where you can get a Traeger in Australia at the moment? In particular the select pro model...

Im not sure if Urbangriller is still a dealer, but he could advise. The only other I know of is Bbqspitrossiters, they do the Junior and a larger model. I have a Junior although I'm looking to upgrade to a larger GMG

Hi Guy,

As the others have said, I am a Traeger dealer, we ship them Australia wide.

There is only a minimal range available here.

The Select Pro is not part of the range in Australia at the moment, only a few of the internal hopper ones ever came into the country a few years back, I have one at home.

For those who have never seen one, here it is:

It has an internal hopper behind the control, access from under the lid.

Does that make it hard to top up while in use?

Don't need to top up while it's going, but you just open the lid then the hatch to the hopper.

Here is me cooking a steak, you can't see the hopper but you can see the firebox in the setup pics, the firebox and grill are 3/4 the width of the lid, the other 1/4 is where the hopper sits.
