I agree, if you like your steak that way...I say have at it, I just don't want to spend that much time on it. Not a fan of reverse sear either, that could be part of it!

The 'tomahawk'low n slow was delicious and surpassed my expectation for my first attempt at both smoker grilling and reverse sear. Will repeat the cook for sure.
Today is ribs, hoping for another success, family lunch out messing with time but will see how it goes.
