So a couple hours after contacting local support about the problem and providing all my troubleshooting info, I get a phone call to say they are sending me a new controller which I should receive tomorrow. THAT is customer service :D

Anyone looking to buy one of these things can be confident in the Aussie support.

I bought a GMG Daniel Boone about 3 months ago but then we moved house so it's not been used yet! Will be unboxed next day or so and I'll begin my pellet journey..
