Brisket (pot roast)

Post by the dane »

Did my first brisket should say pot roast, on monday 7 hour cook 260F. Even the wife loved it, the cherrywood just gave the extra bit of yum to it. Was probably the first time since I've had the akorn, the backyard had that unbelievable smell to itImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

Always enjoy your food posts. Another great cook as always. Where did you get the idea about the pipe in the middle of the charcoal pile? Does it help?
