Akorn. The other half just said why cant we have normal bbq food! Ahhh!

Sounds like an opportunity for some 2" steaks for the next cook.

Was a long 12 hour cook, with a lot of ups and downs. At 1pm i thought it was all over, went to coles and brought a hot chicken just in case. But by 7pm it pulled great. I loved itImageImageImageImage
