Got a few packs of coles beef short ribs $4 each reduced. Came out good, maybe a little too much salt!

Beef ribs seem to be the go at the moment. Surprised how good the Coles and Woolies ones are at the moment.

What did you have cooking on the extender?

I see you noticed Tapa is now working on the forum.

I brine mine in smoked paprika bay leaves garlic beer and stuff over
night smoke them for about 6 hours on my acorn friggen aureall really tender and jucy. Ps where did you get that temp guage and how much
