Chemistry of Cast Iron Seasoning

Post by Jars »

Found this interesting article about Cast Iron Seasoning, http://sherylcanter.com/wordpress/2010/ ... cast-iron/

I thought was really cool and informative. So far I have only ever seasoned one pan, but gonna have to do it again cos the mother in law got her hands on it and scrubbed the heck out of it! Might have to have a look for the flaxseed oil and give it a try.
