Weber Ware Large Casserole/Frying Pan Pack

Hi,
does anyone have the Weber Q Ware Large Casserole/Frying Pan Pack? Is it the same as the the Q frying pans but also comes with a silicone mat?
i live remote so I can not go into a store, and was hoping to only place one order for my Weber and accessories. I didn't would like a fry pan to use to do potato bakes and some quiches etc.
the pics look the same,.
Also, do you sit the pan onto the breakfast plate (surely not on the grill with open flame underneath).
