Went to Aldi tonight on the way home & got 3 knuckles. Any tips on temps & time in the GMG DC would be appreciated :)

They still had a lot of leftovers from the pre-father's day promotion with the BBQ stuff - the thermometers, smoking chip box etc - and had 4 of the kettles, still ticketed at $249..... I wonder if they'll simply keep them until next week and then drop the price?
