Stopped there last night for a couple of other things and saw these.
Good price and nice and meaty.

Cooked a couple of racks on Sunday for dinner.
Came out really good. Cooked at 230F for about 6 hours and basted them a few times after the 3 hour mark. The hoards attacked as soon as they came off so no more pics than these.
I'm going to go in and stock up on them.
