I notice in my local paper a lot, adds for Europa Supermarket in Noble Park....close to you. They have good specials.
ie; this week girello & pork scotch @ 9.99kg.
Not sure what its like, but I have shopped at the Moorabbin one a few times.
Have you tried them at all?

No I haven't tried them. I do remember looking at them a while ago. Tasman isn't bad for me as Dandenong is a quick drive from home. My local butcher (Lyndhurst) is also into smoking and BBQ so I find him very useful for stuff and I can put in special requests if I need to. He even has a variety of wood chips and rubs although I use chunk not chips but his rubs are nice.
