Looking for anyone who knows the best (and cheapest) place to buy ribs in Toowoomba. Pork or Beef? I know it's a long way away but what Costco Brisbane.

Hi Broady, I get loin Baby Back ribs from Costco. They range from around 1.6 to 2.4 kg each and are $18.99 per kg. They don't sell spare ribs though. They also do beef short ribs but other then that, that's it for the ribs. They do full packet Briskets for around $15 per kg and also whole rib fillets for $27.99 kg

There is still a bit of loin on them (Hence why they call them loin baby Back's) that part can get a little dry. Some times I trim if off before cooking, but it's not a big deal. Hope this helps!
