Hey all.. I've done a couple of searches and cannot find the info I'm after so apologies if this has been asked many times! Can anyone advise where in Melbourne I can get good pork butt, brisket, and ribs. Anywhere from the CBD in an East or South East direction is good. I'm in Warrandyte area.. Thanks.

Sardes at the Vic market is good for brisket and beef ribs, a couple of Asian butchers often have reasonable pork ribs. I often get brisket, ribs and pork scotch from Tip Top butchers in Laverton,they have a shop in Forest Hill called Strawberry Point, 285 Canterbury Rd, phone 0410937813 give them a call to check if they have what your after.
