It'd be interesting to cook the Cape Grim side by side with the Fernhill Road and see what comes up better. With 50 people coming over I'm sure it wouldn't go to waste!

The Beef Shed in Malaga, Ozwaz put me on to them. Some good pork knuckles to be had there as well, the proper cut as well, not lower down the leg like the ones you get from Coventry markets etc.

Yeah the porn knuckles did look interesting.

I had the same thoughts too about cooking the Cape Grim next to the Fern Hill. I'll be able to report on Sunday the differences.
