I don't have an issue with the size of the briskets, it's more about being told carton weights are 18kg with 5 pieces, organising everything via this thread based on that and then being let down. Disappointing experience. Here's hoping it cooks up well.

I'm happy to let Wayne have the other one, they really are a bit large for my needs, maybe we need to have a chat to the supplier and point out two members are doing group buys on a regularish basis at least so a bit more consistency will keep us coming back
