Yep, in Broome on Saturday. Meet you there?

When were you thinking of pickup, I'll work something out around it

:D :D :D :D :D

I'll get back in touch with Bass Strait Gourmet tomorrow and tee up the pickup and then get back to all with a likely day next week that I'll do the drop offs NOR and figure out some logistics with you Wayne.

:)

I have to be SoR in the next week or so, if Wayne is not bobbing around on the briney and the clocks synch I've no problem dropping down to Rocky, I owe him some beers anyway :)

Might be a bit convoluted but can drop them NoR and I'll happily extend my SOR run :)

Cheers

Good stuff Burb, I think the key here is going to be managing bass straight gourmet. As chris says it basically goes on carton weight. We could end up with only 4 briskest :O

:) same. Was thinking split the point and flat.
If not, I usually cook a whole brisket. Vac seal portions. It re-heats really well in just simmering water in the bag.
I use it for pastas, sliced in lasagne, chopped fine over nachos/burritos/tacos.
Hmm what else. I'm hungry now

Yep, I'm thoroughly prepared for a little scope creep once I actually pick up. I'm sure we'll be able to sort it.

I do not need much if any of an excuse to go visit Wayne, and drag along the last reprobate to drink his beer :)

This time we provide :)

That works out to about a 3.8kg brisket.
I've had a cape grim before from UG just can't remember what size they were now

I always get confused with the brisket terms. The well marbles muscle section on top of the flat, is that the point, or is that the deckle?
