A lot of Grain finished beef in Australia....we don't have year round grass in most places so the last 3 months they are finished on grain......also why nobody can afford to grow them past yearling to Ox (two year old).

The norm is to finish on corn or grain here...there is some grass fed, it is usually more expensive. I prefer grain feed, so it works for me.
