Post by alokin123 » Fri Mar 14, 2014 1:52 pm

Anybody tried either the rib rub or the sauces?

Particularly this one: http://www.jardinefoods.com/store#!/~/p ... d=11065017

Yeah I have tried it awhile back - I think the Barbaro's Bros. Butchers stock this.

Personally I am preferring the Mad Hunky and the Convict Rubs (when I am being too lazy to make my own ) at the moment but the Jardines is definitely worth a taste

I hope this helps.

I believe that Grill Pro Australia on this forum can help - they have retailers across the country so you shouldn't have a drama locating one.

The below link may help:

No connection to them myself but I can confirm that it is a pretty dam good product - very tasty indeed :P

I started my Low and slow Cue journey on Jardines. Woolworths used to stock it over a decade ago so at that time it was easy to get.
Its typical of the American flavour. I remember liking the bbq sauce very much.
Nowdays we are spoilt for choice.
Its a good product.

Jardines are imported by Texan Imports these days

http://texanimports.com.au/

some butchers stock them but cheaper direct from there website. The Chick'n Lick'n is a personal favourite of mine on chicken wings. great marinade.
