Brisbane southside - Butcher
I notice people asking about Brisbane butchers,
I recently found http://www.meatwarehouse.com.au/ (loganholme)
They do Pork necks at decent prices,
Brisket
Decent port ribs (pretty sure beef ribs too).
Most of the meat seems good quality and good prices, smoking a nice 3KG pork neck this weekend.

Hi Clovell,
Welcome to the forum. Are you associated with the Meat Warehouse at all?
What's a pork neck set you back there (per kg)? Are you curing/smoking the pork neck or doing a pulled pork?
I'll check them out this weekend and report back, thanks.
Gary

No association just a buyer.
I have the neck for pulled pork and typically will cook for 8 hours. There pork ribs looked good and they do brisket so all the main items I slow cook with our own rubs etc.
Neck is $8.99 a kg compared, to most others around here is alot cheaper but still good quality.
Defiantly worth a look

Just got home from the meat warehouse....
Looks like an old run down factory/warehouse type place, but the meat looks good. They had some hard to find things like - goose, lambs brains, etc.
Here's my purchase - Total cost $66 - 1 Brisket ($5.99kg), 4 Racks of Pork Ribs ($12.99kg) and 2 packets of Beef Cheeks
I'll be back!
regards
Gary

Captain,
70 Chetwynd Street, Loganholme 4129 - follow the service road that goes up around Fitzy's and then next to the highway (passed the kitchen/chefs shop), cross the roundabout and then I think it's first street on the right and then the next left......
The goose was in the freezer cabinet at front of shop along with a few other hard to get goodies.
They had stacks of pork ribs in the window, but told me its best to call to order the brisket, but they had a brisket for me that day - I got lucky!
Here a pic of the brisket on:
