Thanks for the tip, Quantocks, these sauces are pretty popular at my place so they don't last very long, i better get a box this time! When I was in Kansas City last month I came across a range of Sweet Baby Ray's jerky in Walmart, very nice too.

Picked up a bottle of each from my local ALDI just now!
Any tips for using with Weber 320Q? Can it be used as a marinade or just brush on? Says to brush on last 15 minutes of cooking but steaks don't take that long in the Weber. When/how would you use it?

I dont think i would use this sauce on a steak. You will find that it contains heaps of sugar that will burn with high heat grilling. Better to keep it for two zone cooking or Low n Slows.
