Mick, those short ribs look perfect and restaurant/export grade 'trimmed'. Ive got some Brisket and Shorties in the fridge ready for the long weekend myself. Bring it on!

Give them a call mate to arrange before. It will depend on what you order I would imagine. Free delivery for orders over $100 if local. I like to go down and take a look.

Im not sure he still opens the shop on Saturdays for over the counter business. I think he is totaly boged down with commercial sales.
That said I will call them tomorrow and ask the questions of how he runs his business for the punter.

On another note, What ye the band of brothers be interested in forming another shared bulk buy?
Anyone up for some tri tip? and maybe some whole lamb shoulders cut in half and shanks removed and added seporate?
Maybe some chops or steaks?

Im right for now with meat in the freezer but worth a thought for the coming weeks.

Shyt TNT, Sorry not looked in here for a while :oops:

In the next week or so Im going to place another order.
Anyone can jump on and if we can all order the same in our individual packs, It becomes cheaper.
So, This time round Im thinking;

Beef rump cap - Good size for my family of four
Beef ribs- Chuck side first four ribs
Beef Cheeks
Pork Jowls - for brawn
pork collar butt - Just the money muscle boneless and skinless

Any other suggestions or wants? who wants in?

Yes please. 5kg ish of those beef ribs, same for rump cap. Medium Boston Butt and a quality grass chucky.

Cool, I will match the ribs and rump cap to a total 10kg ish order each.
Will also get a chucky Grass fed (Will ask what is available)
When you say Boston butt, Do you mean the whole thing with blade bone in or just the neck ?

I will also get into his ear about shooting for top shelf

Tried the pork ribs last time Glen. Good quality and reasonably priced ($12 kg) but really varied in size + cooking times. Next time will ask for similar. CS
