Trying to find as close to a full packer cut Brisket as possible.

I would highly recommended popping in to Haverick's Meats then.

That's where I buy mine from. Usually around the 6-7kg mark @ $10kg.

anything around the Epping NSW area to get a brisket? can't seem to find anything anywhere remotely close to me.. I've even gone into the city but they keep telling me brisket is bones anywhere I ask.

Havericks huh! Was going to hit up Establishment 218 tomorrow, and will hit Havericks on Monday. Thanks for that!
edit: damn, just saw I missed the saturday store. Oh well.

Hi, if you phone Andrew at the Unley FEAST Store ( in the Unley Shopping Centre ) and ask for a "Red Rock Brisket" you wont be dissapointed. It usually come alrerady trimmed & injected.
