Been there three times and on all times, hired a scooter to get my arse from A to B. I said to the missus, i gotta get me one of these. Mine as you can see is much bigger in horse power than most of the Thai bikes.
That said, i remember our last trip to Bangkok. We were in a bus coming back from a River Kwai tour and were overtaken by two local dudes on a scooter. They were carrying a bloody car bonnet above their heads. The guy in control of the bike had one hand on the throttle and the other holding the front edge of the bonnet. The guy on the back had both arms spread Eagle holding the rear .
The Coppa's here in Aus would have a field day on that gear here

Re: Ol'e Silver has got "One in the Oven"
Haven't done this for a goooooood while so todays the day.
Ive had the point end of a Kilcoy Rump in the Cryovac in my fridge which seems like an eternity now soooo, I has been deemed for a Low n Slow.
Ol silver is gone now, so know its up to the Performer/Go-Anywhere team
I rinsed the meat in fresh water, dried with Paper tower, rubbed well with Brown Vinegar and let it sit for 10mins. Then, rubbed with EVOO and dusted with S&P and spices.
And on the receiving end of the flame [edit: I just moved it closer to the flame as it wasn't getting hot enough to produce smoke], a small piece of Blackbutt hardwood to slowly smolder away and infuse a light smoke to the meat.
I've had it on since 8:00am and am expecting this to take around 8-9hrs
I will post a pic when it done
