Howdy
I'm hoping that we can keep adding to this but I'll start:
20 Hotshots beads 3/4 burnt at one end.
Both bottom vents wide open.
Top vent opposite beads wide open, vent over beads closed.
Temp on the grill under the open vent with a deflector (folded foil) shielding it from the beads is 98c

4 hours later it was at 98 degrees. It's been fluctuating a little, up to 101.
I removed the sweet potato I was slow roasting and the foil deflector.
Probe is a bit more in the line of fire, showing 110, want to see how long the beads last.
