a bit of aluminium section from Bunnings or a store like Capral Aluminium might do the trick.

Long time no speak, my black royal is going strong but I have always been a little frustrated by the size of the side tables for when you are working with a big rack of ribs or something so I bought some hardwood from a demolition yard and built this! Have a look at this
