Bunnings has the Heat Beads 7.5kg bags for $11.98 which is the same price you can buy a 4kg bag in the supermarket.

Good price. Was going to use the weber last night, but no heatbeads.

Woolies in Sydney had a sale about a month or so ago and 4kg heat beads where about $5.75 from memory and I picked up half a dozen or so bags. I might have used one bag only so far as I prefer cooking on gidgee.
Just picked 6 x 18kg bags from Tennco you just can't beat this stuff!
