Heat Beads Snake Method

Post by mrhvac »

Hi everyone

Is it safe to use standard heat beads in snake method for a low and slow cook. I have read that people have used them for low and slow but I was under the impression that you had to wait until all heat beads had ashed over white before cooking with them. Thanks

Only small amount lit at one time so volatiles not a problem.
