XL SAFFIRE

Hi guys I currently have a saffire , but thinking of adding to the ranks , does anybody know if the new saffires are sold in oz , Melbourne or is it still the old stock .

He still sells Kamados. He may not have them on his site but he still can get them. Eg on another forum he had the new XL Gasmate and he showed how his Saffire could easily be set-up for wok cooking.

The best deal for an XL Kamado is from Costco for around $995.

The other great Kamado deal in January was the Akorn from Bunnings for $250.

They changed from selling Vision to Pitboss.

Very hard to convince myself the Pit Boss will satisfy me...the display at Costco Docklands is so badly assembled and damaged that I doubt they have sold many.

No deflector I can handle, some steel rod and sand back 2 big joe half moon deflectors.

I just have no confidence in it...the fire bowl and ash removal does not seem too good...and the bottom damper would hold 200f fully closed.

I need something Sat and I think a Big Joe or Primo XL are my best options.

Saffire is from the same factory as Pit Boss I think? Probably better design and accessories though.
