Beef ribs on the weber

Hi guys, did some beautiful ribs and chuck on the weber last weekend.
Chuck was on there for about 5 hours with hickory smoke for the first hour and just a Dalmatian rub. Turned out really well but unfortunately I didn't get a pic!
The ribs were on for about 8.5 hours and with a Dalmatian and a little slap us mama for spice. Absolutely sensational and will be doing that again! Pic below

Nice. I generally do all my ribs on the weber. Looks real nice mate
