Cheap Heat Beads?

Post by StoneX » Tue Jan 21, 2014 3:05 pm

Hey,

Woolworths have Heat Beads 4kg bags for $4.49 from tomorrow. Seems like a good price, cheaper than the 16kg box I keep getting from Bunnings.

Masters in Springfield ( Brisbane ) has a sale starting Thursday; 10kg for $15.50.
If that is any indication, the Woolies deal is much better. ( I assume that they are the same product? )

Bunnings claim to beat competition prices by 5%, so bring your Woolies junk mail to Bunnings and ask them for a better price.

Bunnings are a pack of A holes and won't abide by their own policy because the Woolies bags are individual whereas their's is a bulk pack with brown paper bags in the box. Same product, different packaging. Therfore they deem it as a different product.

No worries. I've had to get groceries 3 times and each time grabbed 2 bags... I'm going to have a nice stockpile by the end of this discount :D

bunnings have beat the price with their 16kg boxes. they'll be reduced in price while woolies have their sale. Price is $17 and change, just lest than 4 x $4.49 :D

Did you have to ask for the Bunnings price? Or are they now labelled $17.xx? Or is it just on their computer pricing?

there was a ticket labelling $17.xx although the big chalk board price above (it was at the end of an aisle) was still $21.xx

Thanks, I might have to get a box from there too! Easier than carrying 4 bags through Woolies checkout! :D

Went to my local Bunnings today intending to request they "beat it by 10%" & they have the 4 bag box for $17.86 - bargain!

Thanks folks, I love this forum.
