Yep I'm an Emberpak fan too. I do pick up robot turds on a good special now and then but Emberpak is my usual fuel.

I spoke to Riverina red gum in Moolap, Vic today and they told me they do not (and never have) sold charcoal. The bloke said "I think we're listed on a website somewhere".

Can someone edit the original post and delete them from it? They're great if you need firewood though!

Costco now sells Kingsford Competition charcoal briquettes. 2x8kg bags for $43. Amazon sells 11 pound bags for $30, so not a bad deal.

Agree, I think a ban should be enforced

Here's another QLD supplier.

Western Charcoal.
TEBIN STATION
QUILPIE 4480
46561785
0428 547 400
jane.mulligan@bigpond.com

I purchased 10 x 20kg bags in July 2011 (still using) cost me $275.00 total.

Very happy with the quality.

Cheers Mark

Anyways - anyone in Perth tried these guys?

Says they are based in Morley - just down the road for me so would be very handy if they have decent lump

I picked some up from the party hire place - and a bag for a mate - he said it looks better than some of the lump he's gotten from bunnings.
Neither of us have used any yet tho.
Urbangriller mentioned it looks like it's from ABR Charcoal - from that list

Has anyone tried emberpak's coconut robo turds?
They seem like a good buy for $1 per kilo
I'm going to grab a few boxes but was wondering if anyone else has tried it and what you thought of it

I've not tried that brand, but the other Coco turds I've tried were great!
