Back to were it all began. The Weber Kettle.

Lazy afternoon bbq'ing.

Getting the Weber briquettes ready in the chimney.

Sorry but I’d thought I’d posted on Sunday but I’d slipped up. Must be a bit rusty on posting up.
Nice kettle. Couldn’t help noticing the wood handles. An oldy of course but it goes to prove it’s hard to kill a kettle.
So whats cooking?

Bought it new back in the 90s. Original handles.

Roast pork. The kettle still makes fantastic crackling.

I remember making a thread about getting back to basics and cooking a Pork roast and featuring the crackling, turned out ok too although I think I also remember Captain Cook telling me I used 4 too many heat beads lol.
I'll try and find that post and put up a link.
