Aust Gourmet Traveller - BBQ issue

Post by grapsta »

Sometimes I borrow these kind of magazines from the library...but I never buy them - got enough recipe books - but had to buy this yesterday..and it's freakin great.
January 2012 issue of Australian Gourmet Mag is a barbecue issue ...and gotta say its chock full of amazing next level recipes. lots of awesome sounding Asian grill recipes ....middle eastern stuff, pacific island stuff. interesting salads. beer matching.

highly recommend it to any home grillers out there

Hey Grapsta!

You forgot to mention the 8 pages of Disgusting Pinapple recipes!

I don't understand why pig food is featuring in a Gourmet Magazine!
