Hi Folks,
After watching the Chef Challenge on Masterchef tonight, the Chef in question (if you didn't watch it) is Adrian Richardson who owns and runs a bistro in Carlton Vic.
He has recently released a Book that I thought you guys might be interested in.
It's basically called MEAT, he writes how all there needs to know about meat and the different cuts and how best to cook it to bring out it's best.
his website is here. http://www.lalunabistro.com.au/
Heres the episode from Tonight (Tues July 7)
http://www.masterchef.com.au/episode-62.htm
Sounds like it could be an interesting read.
Cheers
Davo

It's a brilliant book - I've had the pleasure of eating at La Luna a few times and have done a sausage making segment with Adrian at a work conference - the man loves his meat - in his restaurant the room is lined with cow hide!
