Hi fellas,
I was going to post this into the books section but seeing this is very much about the Komado style BBQs, I decided to post it here for easier viewing.
I was in Sydney yesterday and browsing in the Kinokuniya book store in city http://www.kinokuniya.com.au/ and came across this book so I took a photo of it from my mobile so I can post about it here.
Has anyone seen this book?
I had a bit of a look through and it explains about the history of the Komado but it also explains how to use one to get the best results....just what the new Komado user needs as good reference.
The book is called HOT COALS

Anyway, if you're in Sydney and can get to the City...give this book shop a visit...the books are on a separate table between the food and diet/ Nutrition area of the store and it's on the 2nd floor on the cnr of George & Park Streets. You could probably order one on line or get your local bookshop to order it in.
Cheers
Davo

Re: HOT COALS (book)
I do love the Kinokuniya book store, such a huge range. I had not even known until a few years back that there was a branch in Sydney, my closest had been the one in the Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur - fortunately I was doing a lot of work in Malaysia.
However for those not able to readily get to Sydney Book Depository seem to have it, at a fair price, with free delivery and they are always very fast in my experience:

I have nothing whatsoever to do with them, just love their service

Yeah Chris, everytime I go to Sydney my usual first stop is either Kinokuniya or Dymmocks....both are fantastic book shops....
It's one thing about looking stuff up online but NOTHING will beat hard copy reference....Long Live bookshops!!

To look for it on line you need to know what you are looking for, bookshops are for the serendipity of browsing, long may they survive indeed
