There's a new magazine out and I'm very impressed with the first edition. Some of the highlights are:
- meathead from Amazingribs is a contributor
- has a rundown of the big events (Memphis in May, American Royal, The Jack, Sams Club, World food championships)
- lots of recipes including Tuffy Stone's ribs, salt block tips and a section that looks dedicated to using unusual chiles (this month Chimayo steaks)
- the history of the KCBS
- wine matching with BBQ
- a round up of Pellet BBQs including Myron's one which includes a waterpan
