Not a pure BBQ book Per Se but it's chock full of recipe's from the American South and a very interesting read to boot.
Also lots of great photo's and for something novel, John Currence the Chef/Author pairs each recipe with a song available on spotify to help convey the 'mood of the food'...gimmivky? Maybe but defintely novel
