We have an organization in the Northeastern section of the states that do several grilling contests each year along with their regular low and slow type of barbecuing and they have a set of rules for their events. I thought of you folks and did find some info on their events.
I am not sure but think that your group might be able to use some of the info as it would seem to me that the rules are pretty close to the type of cooking that most of you do in your country.
