For those who don't know Richtee, from the State of Michigan, he is the man behind Mad Hunky rubs and brines....I personally reckon some of the most well balanced rubs you can get off the shelf...not too spicy, not loaded with Cumin like a lot of American rubs are but packed full of flavour.
