Just ordered a Cabinet Smoker

New to the forum but not to Q.

Just ordered a Proq Tubby after seeing a really successful team in the last KCBs comp I entered do really well on the Proq stretch.

Despite some furious Googling I was unable to find a review of the Tubby so was hoping to find some owners here.... Calling all Tubby owners.... I want to know my investment is a good one

Its a pretty common design in the Us KCBS circuit. humphrey's do a Half Pint and pint that are similar but not as good (IMO).

Not sure what you mean by Work shop put together smoker. If it was made in my workshop it would be shite

The owners love them. Personally i'd be buying a Smokin Jak. Much cheaper, Australian made and very well built.

Unless you're going to cook a large amount of meat often its a rather excessive

Do I want to cook on one? Absolutely.
