What are you going to use it on? Eg Kettle, Kamado?

I haven't used it before but would try some if I had some.

To start off with I use some woodchips to see if I liked the smell.

Got a proq elite 20, it smelt quite nice when splitting it. I ended up using one of the smaller chunks an hour into the cook after the Aus oak chunks stopped smouldering so much, smelt nice sweeter than expected. Will see how the beef shorties I'm cooking taste tonight!.

I didn't want to use exclusively just the mahogany gum the first time incase it was no good.

Interested to see how it goes first up as most of the smoke flavour gets absorbed in the first hour.
