Fully loaded?

This might be a dumb question, but anyhow when looking at ads for smokers what does 'fully loaded' mean? I think I might end up that way before I can make a choice from the massive range available.

Or it could mean that it includes all the accessories...

Im the importer of Yoder Smokers & "Fully Loaded" means it comes with everything.

In regards to a Yoder 20" Offset Smoker , fully Loaded means it comes with a Tuning Plate, Top Shelf, Professional Temp gauges, cooking grate in firebox & pot warmer.
