What do you buy from overseas?

Post by mrjack » Tue Jun 20, 2017 6:30 pm

Am curious to know what kind of BBQ gear people buy from outside Australia. Am trying to work out a game plan for things to get while I'm still out of the country. Granted I don't live in the U.S. where most of the goodies are - but I figure there must still be some benefits from being on the pound....

Hey Mrjack,
Thermoworx thermometers perhaps worth checking out imo. Other than that personally just bits and pieces of general stuff for me.
That's not including the collection of imported gassers I am amassing.
Cheers.

Hijack...(Hi Jack)

I have bought plenty from overseas, all types of fishing gear mostly from USA and china. Lots of electronic accessories from china and other places as well. Bought some cheap PS3 games from the motherland(UK).

Cheers L

In the past I have brought back grillgrates, maverick thermometer and temperature probes a warming rack for a weber q, claws, gloves, pink butcher paper, grilling aluminium foil(a heavy duty foil, very thick),many many rubs and sauces,it was good when the Aussie dollar was near parity it made a lot of things very cheap compared to here.
