Hi,
Roasting another scotch fillet 1.5kg. and have done with Mad Hunkys...Just add Beef dry marinade Vacuumed for the arvo into fridge.
Have had this marinade on steak before and really enjoyed it. Will be good to see how it roasts up.

Nice.... low and slow?
I am going to try reversed grilling my steaks in my smoker (get them up to temp) and finish on the grill (party of 6)..
