Happy Anzac Day Australia...lest we forget

Post by Davo »

Just a quiet Anzac day lunch with mushies, onion & beef snags on the Q320 with mash potato, steamed veggies made inside....can't beat bangers n mash on a traditional Aussie day.

Davo,

I see all food sitting on the hot plate, but appears to be griddle markings on the snags

Question; do you do snags on the griddle first and then transfer them to the hotplate to cook further :?: :?:

I cook first on the plate then over the grill to add marks and reduce the outer greasiness.

Yep...i love griddle marks on m y snags mainey then i transferred them to the end of the hotplate to finish off. I never have the Q320 on high..only 2 marks above low on both burners.

Cheers
