We have a second one still in the freezer and the little lady said "you can do that one on the rotisserie" !
At least the Pro Q worked without any problems for just over 6 hours, when I did get to have a look only about 70% of the charcoal and heat beats had been used, so it may have had another couple of hours cooking time in it if needed.
Will be going over to Brown Plain during the week and have a look at the Super Butcher.
