I really like this little thing! Going camping this weekend and the Baby Q might not get as much use as it use to.

Cheers

Yeah I was kinda thinking (it's dangerous when I do that) that I may need to offload my Performer kettle sometime in the next 6 Months due to the fact I may have to live in a inner city apartment....but I do want to have some kind of charcoal cooker, even if I have to use it on the sly....so....I was thinking about whether I should get a Go Anywhere, a Smokey Joe or a Jumbo Joe....I'm leaning towards the jumbo Jo cause my wife and I love doing the Japanese style yaki niku grilling and the jumbo would be the perfect size for that...I know where I can get one too.

May not be so bad to minimise a bit....I don't get to bbq like I used to and I'm a bit tired of the prep and time needed for low n slow....I still have the WSM for that which will also be used on the sly...it's good that it doesn't take up much space. The Jumbo can also be very portable and fit inside a small hatch.

Cheers

Weber Go Anywhere Grill

Davo, The Go Anywhere Weber is pretty cool. I took it camping on the weekend and used it a couple of times. I still ended up using my Baby Q on every cook though. I think I will use it the most in the boat (well, not IN the boat) when we pull up on a sand bar for lunch or heading over to Moreton Bay etc. perfect to pull it out and Grill some burgers. That's why I got the Baby Q originally but it still a bit cumbersome with a gas bottle etc.

I use mine ALL the time. There's only 3 of us so for burgers, skewers, steaks it's perfect. I hardly ever use my gas bbq anymore when camping except for bacon and eggs in the morning.

Love the go-anywhere
