Hi guys,
Wasn't sure where to post this, but I'm hoping someone can help! I bought a second hand 4 burner Beefeater, and am having a house warming party this Saturday. Wanting to do a big 5kg lamb shoulder, and the rotisserie would be ideal, so I can use my ovens for potatoes, etc.
Would it handle that amount of meat? How long would it take with indirect heat, and what temperature would you recommend aiming for?
