I landed some from Coles about six months ago. Not sure of they still stock it but it wasnt bad.

Thanks guys. I am in Earlwood which is the cradle of greek civilisation in Sydney so will look around a bit more.

I ended up using a mix of the dried oregano (stuff from deli not the crap in jars) season all, some lemon and thyme infused salt from Jamie Oliver and some chicken rub. Basted with olive oil, lemon, garlic and more oregano. Came out a treat!!
