G'day all.
Just curious as to what you turn to when you need a quick bbq fix? For me its hot wings. I have a butcher 100m from my house so I can go from 'hankering bbq' to having hot wings in about 90 minutes. All for about $3 for 12 wings
What do you turn to do that quick hit?

Don't really have a single favourite - and it also depends on just how much time I have, and what I feel like using.
Real quick, such as a weeknight quick dinner - a small rump steak from Aldi - you get 2 or 3 in a vacuum sealed pack for around $8. Simply seasoned & tossed on the Weber Q.
With a little more time - what I've just done for lunch - turn on the GMG DC to preheat to 360°F, dust thick cut pork belly rashers (also called spare ribs) in rub while it's heating, then cook for 1/2 hour. They always come out beautiful.
If I have a spare 75 minutes (I often try to make time on a Friday night) then it's a chook (not stuffed) on the Weber kettle rotisserie.

Weber Kettle Fanatic....
Main go-to: Blue 57cm OTG
Fire restriction option: Black 57cm M/T butchered with a Weber gas conversion.
GMG DC for the lazy smoky cooks.
Weeknight special: Q200
Problem? What problem?
